1. Controller

This policy covers this website only: alwayslatetechnologies.com, a set of static pages with no accounts, no forms and no database.
Our applications are separate. Data you or your own clients place in loket or vink is governed by that product's own privacy policy and by the data processing agreement (DPA) we sign with you, where we act as your processor. Nothing on this site gives us access to it.
2. This site sets no cookies
No cookie, no local storage entry, and no persistent identifier is written to your device by this site. There is therefore no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
3. What is processed

We do not use this data for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or share it for anyone else's purposes.
4. Audience measurement
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Both are cookieless: they record a page view and a set of loading-speed measurements, and report them in aggregate. They do not set an identifier, do not follow you from site to site, and do not attempt to recognise you on a later visit. The site has a single page and no query strings, so no URL fragment that could identify anyone is transmitted.
Should we ever add a tool that does require consent, this policy will say so and a consent banner will appear before it loads.

6. Transfers outside the European Union
Both providers above are, or depend on, companies established in the United States. Such transfers are framed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where the provider is certified, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Retention
- Server logs: kept by our host for a short technical period, in the order of one month.
- Audience measurement: aggregated statistics, retained for the duration of our subscription with the provider; no individual record is kept.
- Emails: 24 months from our last exchange, unless the exchange leads to a contract, in which case the legal retention periods for commercial and accounting records apply.
8. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (GDPR, art. 15 to 22). To exercise them, write to hello@alwayslatetechnologies.com. We answer within one month.

9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS, a strict content security policy, and no third-party script other than the two cookieless measurement probes described above. Web fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party, so loading a page discloses your IP address to no one but our host.
10. Changes
This policy may change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page, and substantial changes will be reflected there.
